Jenee and Mitch’s wedding is one that we will remember forever. From the start of the day until we left the newlyweds to party the night away, the couple had the biggest smiles on their faces – the kind of smile that you need a face massage after.

Every detail of this modern, inner city wedding was carefully considered and created to be just what Jenee and Mitch dreamed it would be.

Jenee and her bridesmaids prepared for the day in an inner city apartment overlooking the Brisbane skyline with plenty of drinks and food to go around. It was the perfect place to get ready for the special day.

The ceremony was held in the bright and airy High Church, in Fortitude Valley Brisbane. This wedding’s colour palette of white, pink and dark green fitted perfectly with High Church’s neutral colour scheme and created a beautiful backdrop for Jenee and Mitch to say their “I do’s”.

While guests enjoyed drinks and antipasti platters, we transformed the inside space from a ceremony into a reception. The pink lights completely changed the church from a romantic ceremony into a colourful cocktail reception venue, featuring pink velvet lounges and soho furniture by Hampton Event Hire. This was a wedding we wished we could have stayed at and danced the night away.
