Winter Boho – Questions From Brides

With the launch of our latest Seasonal Trend, we asked our lovely brides-to-be to send through any questions they had about our Winter Boho style.

ALANA asks…

The circle arch looks amazing! I’d love to create the same look but would love to have some florals included with the greenery as well. Is there any kind of florals in particular that you think would look good?

A: If you want to break up the greenery I think any kind of florals would look beautiful. If you would like to keep the minimalistic aesthetic I would opt for white florals, or stick to the more neutral toned flowers. However with that being said if you want to add pops of colour then go with whatever colour ties in best with the rest of your styling.

JOSIE asks…

I love styling and am wanting to create a similar feel but the chairs aren’t quite the style I’m after. I was thinking about using something more modern, is there any other styles that you could recommend?

A: The ‘Soho’ range from Hampton Event Hire would look stunning if you’re wanting to achieve a more modern feel through your styling. They do have different colours to choose from, however I would stick to using the white, just to make sure everything ties in together beautifully and there are aren’t too many clashing colours.

LAUREN asks…

I’ve got white plates already, do you think they would still look good with this styling?

A: Yes absolutely! I think it’s important that if you’re going to be using white plates, to make sure that you balance everything out with other grey elements. For example having the grey napkins to place underneath or on top of the plates just to break up the white plates against the white table cloth.

KELLY asks…

Amazing concept! I’d love to use the clear boxes for something but I don’t want them to be too overpowering, is there any way that I would be able to use them somewhere other than the table centrepiece?

A: Great question Kelly, you could use the clear boxes to create a feature on the cake table if you wanted to use them in a more subtle way.  Rather than having them on the main dining table, using them on a smaller scale would still be gorgeous, and would be a beautiful feature to display your cake on.
