Restaurant Al Mare

Restaurant Al Mare is set on a terrace just above the ocean. Assess to the Restaurant is via a clear glass walled lift from the upper level of the Hotel. Downstairs you will also find the pool, bar and swimming access to the ocean.

Il Grottino Bar

Il Grottino Bar is perfect for a ceremony overlooking the water, an aperitif before the reception or a cocktail reception setting. With festoon lighting and candles, the Il Grottino Bar is nothing short of romantic.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant of Santa Caterina is among the top culinary destinations of the Amalfi Coast. If you are looking for an elegant dining room perfect for a larger wedding, the restaurant is our recommendation. The traditional architecture and panoramic views of the sea set the backdrop for some of the most delicious traditional Italian food you will find on the Amalfi Coast.

If you are looking for traditional Italian food at it’s finest, you can’t go past the Santa Caterina Restaurant. Delighting guests with the best of Amalfi Coast cuisine, Chef Domenico Cuomo never fails to present the most delicious cullinary creations. 

Breakfast is nothing short of amazing with an all you can eat buffet of pastries, fruit, eggs and more.

Honeymooning at Hotel Santa Caterina

We recommend staying at Hotel Santa Caterina for before and after your wedding to experience all that the Hotel has to offer. While staying at Hotel Santa Caterina myself, I discovered one of the most romantic honeymoon chalets I have ever seen. The ‘Romeo and Juliet’ chalet is a secluded suite located on the cliff’s edge, with breathtaking views of the ocean and a private pool.

Hotel Santa Caterina is also the ideal base to explore the Amalfi Coast and surrounding sites. There is so much to discover in the nearby towns of Amalfi, Rovello and Positano, from churches to museums, shopping and food. You could also take a boat trip to the Island of Capri or do a day trip to Sorrento or Pompeii to discover the rich history of the surrounding area.
